"When we had a few referred contractors fall through, we found John on Angie's List and are happy we did. We needed to get new flooring and our backsplash tiled. He was responsive, came out right away to give us an estimate. We asked if he would be able to work within our timeline and he was. He put in the LVT flooring throughout our kitchen, living room and hallway - it's beautiful and tiled the backsplash, also lovely. When we ran into an issue with our hood venting he was able to fix that with no issues. We were able to order all the materials through him and the cost includes materials and labor. The pricing wasn't much different than a big box store, and being able to work directly with him and not a third party was much nicer. We will use him again when it's time to remodel the bathroom!"

"We hired Stan to do our kitchen remodel. I had 4 other contractors give me bids. Two would only give me a rough estimate unless I wanted to spend $5,000-$15,000 thousand for their designers. One other one gave me a loose bid but it wasn’t the contractor that came out it was a lady who worked for them. Stan was the last one to come out and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much after all the others. He was professional, prepared with questions that no one else asked like; what kind of counters with pamphlets to look at so he could give me a proper estimate and what kind of backsplash and cabinets I wanted. He took measurements, gave me some advice on things to do and not. By the time he left I was impressed and sold! I told my husband if he comes back and its compative then we found our guy. When His estimate came in it was broken down, easy to read and fair! He was hired! Stan did an outstanding job on the remodel. He was everything you want in a contractor-fair, hardworking, honest, punctual and kind. His work is beautiful and he is a bit of a perfectionist. One of the cabinets had apparently some chips at the very top (I couldn’t see it!) so he took it off and took it back to the cabinet makers to have them repaint it for us. He worked long hours to make sure it was done and right! Also having four littles at home, I was a bit nervous about having a bunch of guys coming in and out of my home. Everyone that Stan brought in my house were kind and respectful. So as my kids called him, Stan the Man is the only contractor I will ever use and we are already talking with him about finishing our loft space. Do yourself a favor and call him, you wont be sorry! His work will speak for itself!"

"We hired Josh to remove the old and install a new shower in the Master Bedroom. Along with this he installed new fixtures, new toilets, both in the master and common bathroom and a new exhaust fan in the ceiling in the master bath. Josh was very professional, highly skilled and always prompt and on time. We are very pleased with his work knowledge and ethics and we would recommend him for any home project that you need."

"Paul Derosia of Triple D is a high integrity individual. He is polite, soft spoken, and knowledgeable. He showed up on time, every day, and took painstaking care to do the siding and painting job as if it was his own home. The siding installation, the window trim, the caulking, and the painting were all done professionally. Paul doesn't just bid a job, and then hand off the work. On any given day, Paul could be seen on a ladder or the scaffolding, and even with a paint brush in hand. I don't typically provide public reviews of contractors, but, I was impressed with Paul, his skills, integrity, and work ethic. "Hired integrity construction to raise a small section of an attic ceiling to match the height and shape of the rest of the ceiling and to make a half bath bigger by moving a wall into some dead space. Their framing, drywall installation, mudding and taping were excellent. Their suggestions on how to make the bathroom bigger were great and resulted in a tiny half bath becoming a roomy one. These people know their stuff. Will definitely call them again for my next remodeling project."

"I had a 15 foot section of sidewalk the city mandated required replacement. Toro DEMOd and replaced the sidewalk in one day. The work was clean and defect free. Further complicating it was the sidewalk had a 4 foot wide section to a 5 foot wide section. They measured and lined out the frames to cleanly taper it in to the point where it is not noticed at all. Will definitely call them again for future projects. Will definitely call them again for more projects."
