He showed up on time, every day, and took painstaking care to do the siding and painting job as if it was his own home. The siding installation, the window trim, the caulking, and the painting were all done professionally. Paul doesn't just bid a job, and then hand off the work. On any given day, Paul could be seen on a ladder or the scaffolding, and even with a paint brush in hand. I don't typically provide public reviews of contractors, but, I was impressed with Paul, his skills, integrity, and work ethic. "I hired JJM construction to repair my large deck from a recommendation of a friend of mine who had met him at church. Jared provided me with a bid and recommendations on how he would repair my deck and preserve portions of the existing deck. His bid was very reasonable, and he also included a couple other jobs that I needed to have done at the same time. When Jared and Jeremy came out to do the work, they had the deck repair done within three days. They did an outstanding job. I feel as though I have a brand new deck. The workmanship was very meticulous and they were very thoughtful of my property and left it cleaner than what they started with. I would definitely hire Jared and his company again should I have a need for any other work. I will say that I have been screwed over by other general contractors in the past on work on my house, but this time I think I found the diamond of contractors. "I had a 15 foot section of sidewalk the city mandated required replacement. Toro DEMOd and replaced the sidewalk in one day. The work was clean and defect free. Further complicating it was the sidewalk had a 4 foot wide section to a 5 foot wide section. They measured and lined out the frames to cleanly taper it in to the point where it is not noticed at all. Will definitely call them again for future projects. Will definitely call them again for more projects."

"Terry was great from start to finish. We provided him a basic sketch of our idea and he dreamed up some awesome embellishments. His design added a back mirror and overhead lighting to the bar, a pullout turntable, sliding doors for storing knickknacks and our favorite part: pull out cubbies to store and flip through our records. "It went amazingly. Mark is a fantastic worker, and he spent weekends driving up and doing a remarkable job of finishing. He gave us an estimate up front and was very willing to work with our schedule, and then held to that. The most remarkable thing about Mark though, is his personality and attention to detail. Finishing work takes a very detail-oriented person, and he had the experience to make that work go quickly. In addition, he was willing to talk us through the process so that we understood what was going on and even learned how to lay a little wall tile ourselves for future projects! He also went above and beyond, helping us to hang a duct hood and make a few decisions about how to hide some ducting. And when we weren't sure about what would look best, he was ready with a recommendation that we were more than happy to take - and every recommendation ended up looking beautiful. As well as putting up the subway tile back splash, he created a surround for the window and some of the doorways that needed new trim. So he's got carpentry skills in addition to the fine detail and finishing work. I couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Mark. He's worth every cent if you want the job done right the first time. His ability to do whatever is needed to finish the job, and do it right, makes him a valuable person to have helping you out."

"They got the extremely difficult marble cuts completed that I could not.  However, your ad states contract work including tile.  Owner (Shawn), stated that tile was not a part of this package.  They went ahead and performed the work anyways.  I was told by one of their PM's Zack via voicemail that "generally factor 20% material waste when cutting tile".  Over 40% was wasted and cuts were extremely chipped, as if pushing the tile through blade too fast.  I've cut enough marble tile to know.  Overall, for a company with a good rating on Angie's List, quality was not up to par, all else was at a C or above.  I would probably just try and finish the job myself next time and avoid SL Green.
