"First time I met Mr Thorson was on a Friday evening around 7pm.. Our AC stopped cooling and it was June 2021. Mr Thorson responded after hours and fixed our unit. He was quick and efficient, and reasonable. The next year (2022) the AC crapped out again almost to the day one year later.Again Mr Thorson responded and got us up and running. This time we decided it was time for a new unit. The unit has been installed and works great, Jackie and her assistant replaced my heat and ac unit. They did a great job. I highly recommend Thorson Heating and AC, price quality and ease of communication are top notch and I have a hometown company that I can count on for my duration. "We were monthly platinum members for years, but every time we needed service, they were either busy, or their quote was triple any other company in the area. The last straw was when they sent someone out to look at our furnace, he was there under 30 minutes, said the "door panel" wasn't closed correctly and charged us $368! When I called the office the next day, at first they were understanding and I thought they would correct the invoice that was for no real service or parts at all, and just charge me the trip charge, but they had already cashed the check and 2 days later claimed there was nothing they could do. I immediately cancelled our membership with all of their services! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
