"Pretty well. There were a few things I did not like so downrated them. Understand that I really like the people I just found that he had cut the 1/4 round incorrectly and had changed the plans for the utility room without consulting me. I don't like her space planning at all. I'm better at it than she. there were so many things done that it is hard to rate because most were quite good. It is just that some were terrible and none were great."

"We're thinking we should have paid more attention to an Angie's List entry that we read about this company prior to our hiring them. That review was essentially an A for quality and a D for service etc. <br /> Our experience was that there was essentially <strong> no effective project management. </strong> Everyone we met was very personable and skilled etc,but we NEVER KNEW what was coming next and when we could expect it. We came home from a vacation expecting a finished project only to see junk and boxes lying around...the sink not cleaned up...the granite not polished on the edges,and the faucet leaking.. Every issue was subsequently taken care of but only after my having to call and question, etc. <strong>The built in cabinet is gorgeous! </strong> They worked very hard to get the correct stain color to match existing cabinets and re-did the drawers three times I think, until I was satisfied. On the downside there was a big chip in the plaster on the edge of the backsplash that was not tended to. Just little things, but just as the review is confusing and contradictory....so was the project. Therefore I would not recommend using this company. I think they are overly busy and trying to do too much. I wish they would get organized because in general they care about putting out a good product. <br />"
