"The service techs did a great job at taking their time looking over the HVAC and duct work. They were able to to resolve the problem by making some changes to the duct work and adding some different vents into the rooms (at an additional cost, but still affordable). 5 months later and the rooms are much better. We'd hire them again in a heart beat."

"I found out this morning that my supply line from the water meter was broken. After several competitors couldn't fit me in for days, I called BFP and they got me on today's schedule, so I wouldn't be without water. Gary was awesome, he explained the situation based on what he feared the issue was (needed to replace whole supply line into the house from the road). Turned out to me much less serious (existing line could be repaired). He wasn't pushy about add-ons and didn't try to scare me into doing more than was necessary, which is rare for service techs nowadays. The repair was still very expensive, but I didn't have time to shop around for low-ball bids, I was without service. I'd still recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and even more strongly recommend requesting Gary, he was awesome."

"They were extremely friendly and did a nice job. My only thing is on my receipt, 2 things..1- it was in a format that was hard to print from my phone. 2. On the receipt it stated " customer wanted it sweated", which is patently false. I did ask, but I asked if he was going to, or to use another connector. I'm not sure why they would misrepresent this element. Otherwise, they were competent and I may use them again in the future."

"I had already hired another pro."

"This is the 2nd house I have had Robert install an entire AC/Heater Unit in. This last unit was a 5 ton that lasted me almost 18 years - When talking w/ Robert he wanted to ensure that the size of the existing unit was accurate prior to replacement. He came over in his off time just to double check the ceiling heights and sq. footage and confirmed that we were good to go. I appreciated that level of detail versus other companies that would just "punch in an order" and worry about it later. He will not try and sell you on things you dont want or need and was great to work with to try and save me a few bucks. I remember the first house he installed an AC/Heating unit in, he said "I live in this town and will definitely see my customers in the same grocery store and restaurants and dont want people to have anything other than a positive experience doing business with me". That always stuck with me and I am happy to give him the business."

"Aaron evaluated our needs and was quick to start at the best cost effective route rather that the most expensive. He saved us money and worked out our problems. We couldn't be more satisfied. Would HIGHLY recommend!!"

"Mr. Chilton was prompt, professional and friendly. He called the day before the appointment and even arrived a few minutes early on the day of the job (which was yesterday). He immediately set up the water heater to be draining while he worked on the other plumbing issues I was having. He began removing my old garbage disposal and quickly installed the new disposal I had bought just in case the old one was indeed dead.  He also diagnosed the problem with my master bath toilet running and making knocking sounds in the pipes, and determined that it needed a new fill valve (the old one was a float-type that was about 13 years old.)  Throughout each part of the process, Mr. Chilton explained what he was doing, educating me, and seemed very at ease with my occasional "hovering" to watch him because I was interested in what was being done.
Because my gas water heater had not been flushed in 13 years, turning on and off the pressure relief value seemed to cause a leak (which I've heard is common in older heaters), and the valve drain pipe dripped from that point on - and lost probably 5 gallons or more of water yesterday (I put the drain pipe over a 5 gallon bucket).  I called Mr. Chilton today and explained what was happening. He was very responsive and said it sounded like the pressure relief valve needed to be replaced, and has promised to stop by tomorrow to put a new valve on, which should be a pretty easy fix.
I was very pleased with Mr. Chilton and Pro-N-Stall's work and professionalism and plan to use them again in the near future install a pressure expansion tank on my water heater."
