The inspector had failed to see this issue and the previous owners did not disclose it. "The overall service and experience were fine. The only minor issue I had was the company providing the contact info of the service tech coming to provide service. I often do not respond to unknown names or numbers. In fact, the first two times the tech called I did not answer because a strange company name came up not Zoom. The other thing was pricking I felt they were high almost $280 to clear my drain using a snake. The tech was on time friendly cleaned up after himself and prepped the area to avoid leaks. My problem was resolved quickly."
