"We had Prime Coats do two jobs for us - a 40 yr.old three-story shake-covered home that needed re-staining, and a small 1920's 1 1/2 story wood siding home that needed lead abatement and re-painting. They handled both jobs well, with excellent results. The painters were on time, they took special care with the pre-wash where we had shingles bowing from water damage and a lot of moss, they masked each side as it was worked on, rather than masking the whole house at once and leaving us in the dark for a week, and they were careful of the shrubbery, both from damage and paint spatter. The owner was onsite every day, conferring with her team about the day's work, checking to make sure the sites were kept neat, and checking with us to keep us abreast of the progress, and to see if we had any concerns. After the jobs were finished, we found a couple of small places where the staining was thin, and they came out the next day, and corrected the problem. We were pleased with the way the day-to-day activity was conducted, and thrilled with the excellent results. We would definitely recommend Prime Coats to others."
