"Brian and his team did an awesome job of replacing our 30 year old lawn with sod. It looks so much better now than the weeds we had before. He rototilled it then replaced with sod. He gave us tips for how to keep the lawn looking nice. He also cleaned out our garden beds from weeds and blackberry bushes. And added mulch to make it look nice. He added a stone pathway through the side yard to get to the backyard too which looks really nice. He is also looking at rebuilding our privacy fence for us too! We are really happy with Brian’s services."

"Overall it was a good experience. Hired him to build a retaining wall and grade a large section of my backyard. I took a couple stars off for a few things; 1) He never came back to finish filling in the front of the driveway. I know it's not a good idea to pay before the job is completed, but it was such a small area I took the risk. Don't make the same mistake. 2) Lack of attention to detail and laziness. He had to move a few railroad ties out of the way in order to fill and grade the backyard. He set them to the side on an already level part of the yard. When it came time to put top soil down to finish the job, he decided to put top soil around the railroad ties rather than move them out of the way. I know they're heavy, but I moved them out of the way by myself in 20 minutes. He also decided to drive his excavator on top of the top soil after it was down and leveled. He left large tracks in it. 3) I had to do a bunch of extra work I was not expecting to do in order to finish the project. I had to buy and put down additional top soil in some spots and I had to level the top soil again. Not a ton of work, but I don't have the means to get top soil to my house, so several trips and more money when it should have been part of the original job."

"The extended new wall solved a slope problem where the tree-like shrubs were leaning over into the neighbor's yard. The appearance of the wall and fence is much improved. The contractor's suggestion to put the previous fence's replacement on top of the wall was also very positive. The new wall and fence are much more attractive and stable than the previous. (A minor point: some of the debris from the previous wall was not removed.)"

"When researching to identify a contractor we called and emailed 5 local companies. NW Patio was the only responsive company we encountered. Once an initial meet was scheduled Steve was on time and primed to provide us with a solution to our needs that exceeded our expectations. The single greatest challenge in our project was our schedule, not theirs. Still NW Patio worked with us exercising considerable patience and the resulting finished product is an amazingly relaxing space incorporating LED-lit steps, a large paver-patio, and sitting walls with LED lighting that our family enjoys thoroughly at every opportunity. Upon completion there was a limited punch list that arguably involved perceptive aesthetics more than earnest structural or quality issues with the project, still NW Patio agreed to address the issues readily to our ultimate satisfaction. Since the initial phase, of our now developed landscape vision/plan, is in place we are looking forward to working with NW Patio for the next phase(s) to finish flushing out additional patio space; a walkway between the front and back yards; and a reconstruction/expansion of the driveway and walkway to the front door."

"Erik was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to others. Erik was very professional, working the schedule we'd agreed to and constantly keeping us updated on his progress. He was very meticulous about his work and went "above and beyond" to make sure the project looked fantastic and met our needs and our vision for the project. Each day, he thoroughly cleaned up after work was completed and he made sure all exposed soils were stabilized and covered. He also always used plywood and tarps to protect our driveway and property, so that none of our premises were damaged in any way. He replaced and re-cut several wall blocks when he felt they didn't look as good as they should. We greatly appreciated Erik's hard work, constant attention to detail, and desire and effort to make the project look beautiful. We are very pleased with the end result."

"My father in law have house in very bad location, on a hill side. where is very limited access and not much of usefull property outside.  Old retaining wall from railroad ties slowly was giving away  so we needed to replace it ASAP cause it does hold a large amount of soil behind. And since it is a hill side there is a huge amount of water rubs off in fall time. It took a week maybe two for Mark to come up with a concept for future retaining wall and patio.   The amount of work what needed to be done was huge and space to work with and access was very limited. Me and Mark did go over the project but still It took me few days to fully understand how does the whole project would look like at the end. I did get few bids for the project from different companies and not only Marks bid was very competitive he also gave me a 20% discount as for referral of myself, if we can say so. I'm sure Mark most likely  wasnt happy with the fact that he give discount on this project but he kept his word. Why unhappy, because the job site did throw a few curve balls to him and from a distance it looked like  the property was defending itself however it could, starting with underground water and finishing with mud slides from upper level.
I will attach few pictures so you could see the complex of the project and how everything done in level. The easy way probably would be for them to build walls as separate structures same as steps but Mark and his crew actually did not go that route.  The project took 1.5 month to complete and I'm glad that it took this long cause in my mind i was hoping for 2 month or maybe more.
Mark truly outdid himself and my father in law is very happy person with nice looking patio. But even after building patio at his placee it did not stoped him to come over for BBQ to my house most of the time
