"One of three quotes we got on our home for a big project involving cracked beams/joists and piers. Suresafe gave us a quick inspection followed by a quote- with the wrong math. When emailed questions pertaining to the 15k+ project few were answered- and when I called their tone was that I clearly didn't know much about foundation repair. I value when someone takes time to share expertise in their area of work so I am comfortable paying that amount of money- I did not feel that in this interaction. Opted to not use their services."

"Very professional. Completed the job in two weeks. The deliverables were as promised. They were very independent, requiring only minimal involvement from the client. However, communication with the owner could be enhanced a bit."

"We worked with Ali (sales manager) and Tony (project manager), who took the time to design a project that made sense for our property and our budget, made a number of suggestions and recommendations and were never pushy or tried to "sell" us on something. The crew really went above and beyond to provide top quality workmanship and overall we were in very good hands. Highly recommended!"

"We had a second story deck that was leaking water into the garage. We got 4 companies to come and give us a quote.  Two of them were cheaper but they seemed as puzzled as we were about what to do and could not guarantee from future problems. The other company suggested rebuilding the entire deck and was way out of budget. Ryan from Monarch Custom Coatings came with a sample that had several layers to waterproof the deck - we were very impressed that he was very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience with this type of work. He and his crew worked very hard, always professional, prompt, courteous, and our deck looks amazing now. We were so happy with them that we hired them again to redo the garage floors. We have had bad experiences in the past with contractors, so we know that finding a good, reliable, and honest one is very hard and rare. We highly recommend Monarch Custom Coatings!"

"I hired Jacob, Asi, and thier crew to remodel my master bathroom. They were amazing and goit done in 3 days. They paid special attention to what I wanted and made sure they didnt leave a mess or damage my carpets. They were amazing and reliable."

"We hired the company to replace our deck and put in a french drain in an area next to the house that needed waterproofing. It was a difficult job and Birly is not only very professional and knowledgeable in his field, he is also an excellent problem-solver."

"Tim was enthusiastic and involved from the presentation to the final walkthrough. His crew performed as a team, eager to please and very proud of their work. Protected our possessions, daily cleanup and on the final day, all was returned to it’s proper place. 6 1/2 crown, best quality ever. No seams showing, with white, milky finish - perfect execution."
