"This was the 2nd home improvement job they performed for us! We previously had a total kitchen remodel and Qualified Remodeling did an outstanding job! Since we were so satisfied with the Kitchen Remodel, we decided that we wanted them to do our Master Bathroom. We received other estimates that were higher than Qualified Remodeling although we knew we wanted Qualified Remodeling to do the job! The price they quoted us was less than the other estimates we received from 2 other contractors and we knew the quality of work because of our prior experience! Although our kitchen remodel had been completed over 2 years prior, we had the same crew that was going to do our bathroom. We were amazed that after 2 years, Qualified Remodeling had the same employees that were going to be doing the work! Joe @ Qualified Remodeling must be taking care of his employees to have the same people working for him. Carlos was in charge of our crew and since we couldnâ t be home all the time, we were very comfortable with them Alone in our home! "Our new kitchen is beautiful, functional, and better than we could have imagined. AES transformed our cramped, galley-style kitchen into a show piece. Overall, the process was fairly smooth from design through execution. We enjoyed working with their interior designer/concierge person, Shawna—picking materials and products was a breeze, and we had the benefit of AES's direct relationship with some quality vendors. Furthermore, they produced good-quality architectural 3-D renderings which were very helpful for the design process. One nice anecdote: At the beginning, I let AES know that I wanted to do painting (to save a bit of money, and to do it to my liking). The kitchen crew still did fantastic wall prep—perfectly primed and smooth. The kitchen crew also carefully removed the old cabinetry intact and in good condition, allowing me to donate it eventually. I have one word of warning for customers undertaking any similar remodel: avoid Best Buy if you can! AES typically brings their clients to Best Buy for picking out appliances. While we were super happy with the products we bought, dealing with Best Buy was a nightmare. One appliance arrived damaged and Best Buy gave both us AND our AES rep the run-around trying to get it replaced. Thankfully, AES had our back and it was finally sorted and the appliance re-installed by the wonderful kitchen crew. The kitchen was finished sooner than expected too, with no loss to attention to detail."

"Over three years ago I fortunate to find Taylor Made Custom Contracting to work with on the remodel of my newly purchased 1959 house in Bel Air. Kevin was a joy to work with and totally got the remodel I was trying to do, which was easier said than done. Some of the features I wanted were nontraditional to say the least, and on top of that I had not actually moved into the house yet. Kevin had the additional pressure of working with me long distance! With all of that on the table, the construction job could not have gone more smoothly, thanks to Kevin's flexibility and the skills of the crew, and lots of texts, emails, calls, and photo tours. I did manage to make a couple of trips to visit while the house was under construction, so I was able to see the process from the framework up to the finish. The first thing I noticed was the complete care that the team took with each phase of the remodel, and the beauty of the finished product. In the end, the finished remodel far exceeded my original vision and three years later I am still in love with my new home. I was so satisfied that I have called on Kevin several times, since the original remodel, for other projects. Last year, Kevin and his team completed a beautiful backyard porch for us, that we still ask ourselves how we did without. Bottom line, I would highly recommend Taylor Made, Kevin, and his entire team. A pleasure to work with and a well made, beautiful finish to any work you may want done in your home or build.
