Four lady's plus Betty arrived on time and began cleaning immediately. They were extremely thorough (although later I noticed a couple of areas that I discussed with Betty that were missed and she wanted to come back right away to fix. I told her it was no big deal and she was very apologetic and said they would be more careful next time. I appreciated her concern!) I feel my home sparkled when returning 2 hours later. We loved the little touches that were left behind like how blankets were folded and toilet paper origamied (sp.) Felt as though we lived in a hotel lol!! It was such a nice surprise at every turn.
