"Barbara was phenomenal. A true professional dedicated to her craft and excellent customer service. We had a custom toilet that stopped working, and a leaky faucet in the same bathroom. She reached out right away after requesting a quote through Angi, and she came the same day. At first she told us that the toilet required a part she’d have to order, and after fiddling with the faucet, recommended the 15 year-old fixture be replaced. I offered to purchase it from Home Depot or Lowe’s she agreed to come back to replace the old one and install it in 3 days. After she left, she called me back and asked if she can return because she figured out how she could try to fix the toilet with existing parts she had in her truck. She did it. The toilet is functioning better than it did before the problems began! She then returned 3 days later as promised to replace the bathroom faucet, a complicated project because of the cabinet structure that she stuck with and skillfully completed. On a personal note. We bonded once I asked about the name of the company, which her father, who founded the company, named after his Navy ship. My dad also served in the Navy. Barbara kept me regularly posted about when she’d arrive and the progress of the work. She was true to her word. I’d gladly paid her for her excellent work."

I would certainly call them again for any future plumbing work. We decided to go with JRS Maintenance for a leak in our cast iron water pipes, which later turned into a bigger job. The nearby pipes were already showing signs of decay, so after an honest conversation with Jimmy, we just settled on changing that whole section leading up to the small leak with PVC (a much-needed upgrade). He arrived on time and made sure to call in advance. The old plumbing came with some concerns, which were shared in advance, but overall the job went smoothly. "From the appearance the job looked good, but there was a wet sink and a half bathroom that has not been used for many years and they removed all of the piping to those fixtures without my permission. There was also a fuel oil leak that I had to fix."

"Best decision ever made to hire these guys . My pipes were not connected correctly to the main street line. They were dumping into the sump pit. Mike and his crew were able to cut and reroute everything and now no fear of flooding and the basement doesn't have a sewer odor. Originally was going to take 2-3 days.
