When we were met with unexpected termite damage, the Arta team was super communicative and worked with us to resolve with little to no set back in schedule. Most importantly this team does not cut corners. They take the time to do it the right way. When I had any questions at all Andy was always available to reach over the phone or in person. We will definitely be using Arta Construction for all our construction / home renovation needs going forward."

"When we decided we wanted to do a complete remodel of our bathroom last summer, our downstairs neighbor recommended CNM, whom they'd hired a while back for a similar project. We're so happy we did! It was the first remodel we'd ever had done in our apartment, so we had a LOT of questions. But Matt, Jose, and co. were extremely helpful answering them all. They were extremely detail-oriented, double-checking about things like tile layout, placement of hooks, etc, and they gave pros and cons when it came to different design choices, talking through ideas. I always felt like we were on the same page. And on top of all of that, they were all just kind, professional people who genuinely wanted us to be pleased with their work. "I will start off by saying I think I might be the only person in history to say that the renovation went perfectly and I was happy with everything. Let me explain. Wanted a full kitchen and bathroom renovation. We met with Efren (the owner of Nunez Construction) and he had an energy that made us realize that he was experienced and also was open to some new and interesting ideas. He promised the project would be done in 5 weeks - it ended up being 5 weeks and 3 days - essentially on time. The work was flawless and beautiful. He added little flourishes like saddles made of quartz and shelves in an area where a cabinet would not fit. Additionally the measurements from the get go were perfect - the cabinets were the right ones from the beginning and everything fit perfectly in the space on the first try. There were a handful of additional costs - custom shower door, glass cabinets for a bar we built and the appliances (not included in the contract price). All in, Efren stuck to his price, time frame and promise of quality work. Everything from the craftsmanship to the painting were impeccable. What I also appreciated about him was that we stayed in communication with each other from the start. If there was an idea that we presented to him that wouldn’t work in the space, he would let us know and suggest a viable alternative. Great collaboration. Will definitely work with him and his crew again. Already recommended to friends and neighbors."

"I hired Tanem Construction to remodel my bathroom in April 2026. They were professional from start to finish. Mike provided a detailed estimate, and the team arrived on time every day. They were careful to protect my floors and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day. The work was completed on budget, and the tile work is exceptional. Mike offered valuable suggestions that improved the final outcome. Highly recommend! Truly a five-star experience!!!"

"Mr. Powers, at first, was courteous and reliable; the project seemed to have problems, and he was getting frustrated at having to surface the existing deck due to its configuration; he claimed that the measurements and figures were off, while another professional disagreed with his calculations; the project was delayed due to materials being delayed by supplier; Mr. Powers suggested another other remedies for steps and that I purchase an additional type of board for $120, which I did; i paid Mr. Powers in full of the understanding that he would come back and finish off certain areas; during this time, a death occurred and he was unable to come when scheduled; when I texted Mr. Powers, he began belligerent, and cursed at me. I do not find it professional to curse at a client and refuse to take phone calls. I ultimately told Mr. Powers not to come back to my house and to refund the board I purchased that was in his possession. He did so. Since the time of completion, May 2026, numerous boards have come loose. I had someone else correct this issue, and now more boards are coming loose, which I texted him about and showed pictures of on September 9, 2026, and have not heard back from Mr. Powers regarding acknowledgment or addressing the loose boards, as my contract provides for two (2) years."
