"It was okay but the woman who came out was a little bit too concerned about speaking her own mind and I do not think that the time frame was long enough for her to really get a grasp of what it was that we were looking to do. And when she got on there, she had not really done that. So, that took some of the time for me to go and say, "Okay, take a look at the email. Here are the pictures." She did not come ready to go with advice and that was a little bit disappointing. The advice that she had was good but it did not solve my problem and it did not convince me to purchase additional time. I was not unhappy with her. It just did not wow me. It was what it was and it was fine. She came out within the time frame that we purchased the deal because we had just purchased the house. We were living in North Carolina and we purchased the house in Florida. We moved on December 2nd so it was between the date that we purchased the deal and December 2nd because we had to talk to her about what we wanted to change about the house before we moved. Ours was not your typical project. If somebody came in and just showed her a picture of a room with blank walls and they wanted her to help decorate it, I think that she could do that but ours was pretty hard."

"Richard is finishing up the project (built a tile shower and installed new floor) today. I have no hesitation to wait until it's finished later today to write this. He's amazing and the work is the best. While the bathroom is upstairs, we agreed to use the bathroom window to throw out the old pieces of shower and flooring so that he wouldn't track through the house and make it more efficient. He put cardboard on the deck outside the window to prevent damage to the deck. There were a few places on the window sill that needed sanding and touch up paint. He is the one who brought it to my attention and let me know he would be taking care of it. It's the little details that make his work and him the best!"

I provided a good deal of information up-front:  floorplans from my builder, exact measurements of room, my design preferences - including several stores I like to shop at to give her an idea of my style. After I had provided all of this, Jill said she'd have my designs to me in about 4 weeks. I did not receive them for at least 8-10 weeks, and that was after several emails to her requesting status of the project. If I wouldn't have prodded I'm not sure how long (if ever) I would have received what was promised. When I did receive my designs, they were floorplans, which was as expected.  Along with a page or two of copy-and-pasted pictures of a few possible furniture selection. Which was much less than I expected. Based on the description I expected boards, with color selections, upholstery, etc. This was a big disappointment, especially after waiting 2-3 times longer than she had told me it would take."
