There was zero pressure …. no pushy sales tactics at all — just good information, very clear explanations, and genuine care. He took the time to answer questions, explain good options, and made us feel comfortable and valued as people, not just potential customers. From the very beginning, And even now after James has been yet kind and incredibly understanding of our situation. Unfortunately We are not able to move forward with our basement project at this time, and James has showed nothing but grace and respect about that. "We had a bath redo. Took out the old tub and installed a walk-in shower with new fixtures. The result was finished in one day and everything was cleaned up and ready to go by days end. The installer was clean and neat and took care of all cleanup. We have used it for 4 months and very pleased. We also feel it was a safety upgrade as the walk in does not require a high step in and out and very comfortable. We would recommend this bath up grade."

"Everything went extremely well. Jack and Jake do such beautiful work, right down to the last detail. We had living room and bedroom walls and ceilings retextured and painted. They are so neat and professional. Also got all new woodwork and doors,in 3 rooms. Everything stained so professionally. Also completely gutted out 3 closets and they turned out exactly how I wanted. Had 4 ceiling lights installed and some new electrical outlets. You cannot go wrong with hiring them. I would not hire anyone else for a construction project. They do the most beautiful work for a very fair price. They do everything exactly how you want it done!"

"Tom came over a month or so to check my installation on my exterior doors , my exterior sump pump hose discharge and then came today to check on my gutters! My doors were great and Tom fixed my sump pump discharge so that it will be easier to connect my hose to! He checked out my gutters and they were good! Tom is very knowledgeable and explains very well on problems and solutions! He is so easy to talk to and very friendly! I find him to be very honest and that is important to me! I will be calling again for my handy man projects! I also want to say Melissa is great to work with! Thank you! "
