"Hard to rate this, because although results ended up fine, it was hard to get there. Great sales guy spent plenty of time, answered lots of questions (and tried to sell us leaf covers). His estimate diagrams were difficult to read, however, and had to call to get explanation. Bid best of 3, and seemed to have expertise to do it right. But... first appointment delayed by several weeks (office said they contacted me; no voicemail or email in junk folder). Next appointment, OK, but crew did not have proper materials nor understanding of scope of work (they too had a hard time reading the diagrams). They came the next day, but took some terrible shortcuts, resulting in poor placement (gutters were too short, so downspouts ended up on wrong sides of garage), one extension ran uphill, and another rested on top of a rock wall rather than alongside it (a simple adjustment). Good news: the owner was v responsive when we called, and a crew came out to fix the next day. Phew. Basically, the company has good management but lousy crew, or just poor training and insufficient communication between the two. Also: very glad I don't have to talk to the person on the phone there anymore."

These are the business and trades people that you dream of finding when you do not have a reference from friends or family. William's demeanor and questions at the sales quote visit immediately showed his experience and competence. Project supervisor Nick was an excellent communicator and a skilled tradesman. The crew was friendly, polite and did an excellent job installing James Hardy siding and aluminum soffit with fascia. It looks great and feels even better with lower heating bills already. Jennifer in the office kept us informed and updated. Contract, price, materials, labor, service and completion review were all outstanding. They also went above and beyond to demolish and build a new deck in time for a summer ending birthday party. I would not hesitate to call them for our next project and neither should you."

"In September 2015 Gary came on a Saturday to assess the situation. He cleaned the gutters and recommended installing gutter covers only on one side of the house due to the heavy tree cover. In May of 2017 it was apparent the new cover was clogged. I looked up the invoice and it was noted that there is a 10 year no clog warranty, Jackpot! I contacted ARC, they sent out a technician the next day. He unclogged the offending gutter cover and inspected the others. He stated that as much as he would like to sell additional covers, the other gutters were just fine as they are."
