"Damion was our service technician and he came to clear the roots out of our drains. That was successful but in the process, he expressed concern over the gasket on the sewer plug and tested it to be sure it was firmly sealed. It appeared to be and he had us flush toilets and run faucets to be sure. The seal appeared solid but overnight it slowly showed a leak. We called Reddi Services and Damion was back early the next day to replace the part. He didn't charge us a service call for the second visit and even ran out to find the piece needed (he didn't have the part in his truck so he ran out to find it and charged us just for the part.).
