"The foundation of our home was repaired/adjusted by FCS by the previous owners, and therefore was under warranty when we purchased it. We called FCS out about a year after purchase as we started noticing cracks forming in the walls and near doorways. Gerardo came out and took measurements and confirmed that adjustments were needed. The crew did an excellent job! They were quick and courteous while the work was performed and afterwards, you could hardly tell anything had happened. Everything was put back in it's place. We had such a great experience with this warranty repair, that we decided to use FCS to replace our badly crumbling driveway. While the weather caused schedule delays, Gerardo kept in contact until it was finally possible to begin the work. Again, the crew was professional and did an amazing job with the demo/removal and pouring the new driveway and four turnaround pads. They also graded the driveway so that it better fit the space and allowed our gate to close without issues. We had some minor concerns with areas that needed further cleanup, but Gerardo was very responsive and had someone out almost immediately to resolve. We are very happy with the new driveway and definitely recommend FCS! If we have future needs, we'll definitely work with them again."

"Mark did a great job on our 2 car garage floor.  He always responded quickly by phone and text and showed up at the promised times.  The cost was $3/sq ft which came out to $1300 for our garage.  When it was complete I asked him if he could come back to apply additional clear coat to make it a little smoother/shiner.  He came back and did it the next day and just charged for the additional materials ($100).  The finished result looks great and really improves the look of the garage.  I'll definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an epoxy garage floor. <br />"

"From the first time David came to the house, we knew we wanted to work with him and this company. He listened to our ideas and our preferences, and then offered many helpful suggestions to make it even better. After he sent the list of plants he had in mind (so we could look them up on the internet to see if we liked them), he gladly made changes based on my choices - even when I knew what he suggested was better for the area (but I just didn't like it.) He was always professional in his attitude. It took a while before the work began, because we didn't call them out until the height of planting season and they were swamped. But when they came, the crew did an excellent job - even relocating a few of our existing plants and reworking the sprinkler system to cover the area being landscaped better. We also had a french drain put in along one side of our property. At this point, we haven't had the gullywashers to test that out, but I feel sure it will do what it's supposed to do - draining the excess water more quickly so it doesn't stand so long. One of the small plants died, despite much watering, and they are scheduled to replace it next week when in the area, just as promised when the work was finished. I can't say enough good about this company and the work they do, and the manner in which they perform it. We will definitely hire them again with further landscape wishes."

"I had several inches of movement in my pier-and-beam house and had the work quoted by more than one company.  Luis gave the best price and was able to start the soonest.  I read multiple reviews on this site and looked them up on BBB and saw they had a great reputation among people who have actually hired them. <br /> The men were punctual or called if there was going to be a delay.  Everyone was friendly and professional.  They had to access the crawl space beneath my house through a trap door in my closet and put down plastic to prevent mud from being tracked through my house.  After the work was done, they filled in the holes, replaced the removed landscaping, and applies mortar to exterior cracks on the home.  All of the work was complete within 2 weeks of getting my first estimate and I received a report from a structural engineer certifying the work along with a lifetime warranty if there are any issues.  <br /> Due to the price, the quality of work, and the professionalism of Mr Capote, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of foundation repair. <br />"
