"I have hired Tanzer Sprinklers for 2 jobs now. Their service is excellent. On the first job the salesman came out and had all the literature pertaining to the products he was going to install. The prices were very competitive. I had 3 estimates done. Tanzer was not the cheapest, however they were giving me the best equipment. When I asked other estimates for the exact same setup/equipment, they couldn't do better. The installation team is also excellent. They took care of my property and I got to watch them use advanced equipment for the first system install, and for the second install on our new home they had to dig trenches by hand in the rain. "Victor showed up on time and was able to diagnose the problem with my sprinkler system. I described what was going on and pointed out some things which I thought were out of place. It turned out that my usual sprinkler company had mis-wired a rain gauge. When this gauge malfunctioned the incorrect wiring prevented my system from running. As soon as he removed the faulty gauge everything started working again. The other sprinkler company had advised me that I would need to replace my valves so Victor saved me that expense. I also had him install a new wireless rain gauge as the previous one was in a poor location for correct operation. Victor advised me how best to care for my system and told me to call if there were any issues. A month has gone by and everything is working as expected."
