He re-configured the layout of a 1/2 bath and expanded the bathroom with new framing and wall and door, added a shower and a stacking washer/dryer. New vinyl flooring and moldings, high hats, and painting in bathroom and family room. New vanity, fan, grab bars, towel racks in bathroom."
