Efren (the owner) was able to fully understand the work required and also suggested additional modifications; some requiring no additional cost which made quite a difference to the appearance and functionality of the units. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates.
