"I was looking for a contractor to renovate a 2BR rental property. After meeting with several contractors I had decided to go with HD Renovations. During the walkthrough BEFORE the work started, Dominick pointed out a few things and we came up with a plan for the project. Dominick and his crew showed up on time every day and worked non-stop until the project was completed. The work was excellent! When electrical and plumbing issues came up, Dom found a solution. He was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive to every question or idea. He had great suggestions along the way and really took pride in his work. The project lasted a month when others had taken 6-8weeks and stayed very close to budget even though I had made a few additions to the original proposal. As a landlord I have used many contractors over the years. HD Renovations were the best! I look forward to working with them in the future!"

"We have now used fine design two times and would them over and over again. Last September they turned our screened in room "Florida room" into a live able space. Dave, the owner helped us design our favorite room in the house. Adding new walls, floor and siding to the outside of the house that matched the rest of the house! It is now my families favorite room in the house. Then last year we had a terrible leak in our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. I called Dave immediately and he came right over to take a look. Dave worked with us the whole time and met with our insurance company to help us! Having no kitchen with two young boys was super difficult but Dave and his staff were here everyday working diligently. Again, he sat with us and we were able to design our dream kitchen and bathroom. Whenever I had a question he was only a quick phone call or text away! "After an extensive investigation taking into account online feedback/reviews and speaking to other construction firms, I decided on Nunez Construction to fully renovate my entire house consisting of three separate apartments. Efren (the owner) was able to fully understand the work required and also suggested additional modifications; some requiring no additional cost which made quite a difference to the appearance and functionality of the units. It was quite evident that he was extremely knowledgeable on all types of challenges and knew exactly how they should be handled which he was able to explain to me in the simplest terms. If at any point you had a question or were unsure about how something was coming out (which is common with any remodel) he has a way of assuring you, and is open to reworking things until they are to your standard. His experience also makes him a terrific sounding board to discuss ideas and possibilities before endeavoring to begin a project that may have implications that you havent considered.
