"We decided to try a cleaning service for the first time because we are getting older and the work is becoming difficult. After exploring several options, we chose Wilson Home Services. We are extremely pleased with our decision. The ladies worked long and hard and our house is free of dust and dirt. We definitely recommend this cleaning service to anyone considering such a service. You won't be disappointed!"

"I had just had it worked on a few months before and they replaced about everything so I knew it could not be something major.  I called Whirlpool and they suggested the part that needed replaced.  He replaced it and it worked fine.  He was nice enough to not charge me for the part.  Whirlpool gave me a replacement # and he went to Lowes to get the replacement part in my behalf (he used one he had on the truck). I appreciated that."

"Mr. Moretto first came to our home in October 2015 to check out a drain back up and fix a pipe under the bathroom sink. Whatever had been blocking the drain had resolved before he got here so even though he checks the drain line, he only charged us for the pipe repair.  When we decided to replace our water heater, we knew who we were going to call.  <br>Mr. Moretto and his assistant did a great job.  We have a very old home and he was very upfront concerning the work that would need to be done to bring the system up to code.  He explained the difference in price between the different types of systems and how they would or would not be cost effective for our usage.  <br>They installed the system in about 6 hours, start to finish and we couldn't be happier.  The old tank was approx 20 years old.  We can't believe the difference in the quality and quantity of the hot water now. <br>We have and would recommend Moretto's Plumbing to anyone in NWA needing plumbing services."

"<p>They have a very professional crew.  Ronnie inspected and made sure everything they did was done right and that we were happy with the outcome. When they got into the job they found a beam that needed to be replaced that if we had left it alone would probably have fallen in on us at a later date.  So thankful they found it and took care of it for us even though it wasn't part of the original bid. They were very respectful of our yard and house and cleaned everything up.  </p> <br />"

"Bought our house about 1 year ago. We have known that the exterior doors were in need of repair, but needed to complete some other issues first. Ron was very professional and thorough. His work is high quality and completed in a timely manner. I have already recommended him to others, and will be using him again in the very near future! <br />"

"Our search for an honest and reliable contractor is over! John Sobiech and Bella Vista Contractors will be our go-to guys from now on. The french doors from our kitchen/dining area had leaked for years and had ruined the hardwood floors. As we were planning the repairs, we noticed that the stairs from our deck had pulled loose and were no longer safe. The deck needed additional repairs and to be re-stained. I picked Bella Vista Contractors out of the Yellow Pages and frankly, didn't really expect much. John replied to my request for an estimate quickly and provided a written bid within 48 hours. His bid was below the other bid we had received and he assured me that we did NOT need to replace the perfectly good french doors. He would repair the deck, fix the leak and replace the ruined flooring, guaranteed. The two workmen he sent arrived on time and hit the ground running. From that moment on, I knew we were dealing with a truly remarkable business. Our repairs were assigned to Floyd and Tim. The job turned out to be more involved than expected and they met the challenge with true professionalism. They were kind, considerate, well-mannered and amazing craftsmen. They worked without taking breaks, except for lunch, and stayed late one evening to make sure the job was done before the predicted rain. The personal standards they set for their own work convinced us that we will absolutely return to them for any other home repair needs we have in the future. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and our deck looks great! <br />"

"Nick and Randy did a great job in installing crown molding through our living room, dining room and kitchen Nick is retired and doesn't take on major jobs but he is a skilled carpenter who will do some nice work for you at a reasonable cost. We will definitely call him for future work around our home. We had purchase the molding so the cost is for labor."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Farmington, AR

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
