"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. The main reason I chose UIC, Luis provided me a detailed estimate of the project, they arrived on time every day, and at the day, the area was clean. All UIC, team members were professional, knowledgeable, considerate of my property and pleasant to work with. Luis kept me informed throughout the process, including communications with Inspectors. Due to my husband's health it was necessary to "minimizing dust during the construction". Each day throughout the construction UIC, took every precaution and mitigated dust, as much as possible. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of the closet buildout. The closet that was once a "catch-all", for all things "junk", it is now a Laundry/Storage/Pantry. And, based on Luis' suggestion, installed a functioning sink in the garage, with hot and cold running water. The value of the service UIC provided is priceless."
