Our bathroom was fully gutted and rebuilt (with same footprint) - the end result was fantastic and I believe the value was very high. Just to make others aware - we had a fair amount of back and forth with the inspectors from our township and had several hardware items delivered to our house that were broken so they had to be re-ordered - so job took longer than we (and Allshire) expected. That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. We will call them again when we get ready to remodel our kitchen. Allshire is a good company because it is made of good people."

But the problem is trying to get a payoff letter from them so you can get them paid off and off the title to your home. We are trying to get a Heloc loan on our home and have been dealing with this for over a month now. Our mortgage company tried multiple times to get ahold of them with no response so they turned it over to us. It has been 3 weeks now and we have just gotten the run around. It has never been this hard to pay someone all we want to do is pay them what we owe and get their name off the title of our home. In case anyone at Majic Windows cares the name on the loan was Michael Lubig so you can find us in your system. We know we ran into some hard times the last few years but please take our money."
