"We contacted Matt to demolish a very old deck and build a new Trex composite deck, stairs and railing. The entire base support structure of the old deck needed to be replaced, including attachment points to the home that were rotted due to poor design and flashing of the prior deck. When looking for a contractor we researched many options. We eliminated contractors who seemed to only occasionally build a deck, those who had a different primary focus area, and those who did not often do composite decking. Initially, we found Matt's business listed on the Trex website as a certified TrexPro Gold installer. After then reading his positive reviews across AngliesList, Facebook, & Google, and seeing photos of many projects that appeared to be the type of work we were looking for, we reached out. Communication was excellent from the initial quote through completion of the project. The quality of the work and attention to detail was excellent. "The job went very well. Doug provided a very fair quote to replace my 4 year old roof that was very poorly installed by a different contractor. He also provided a quote to replace my family room ceiling which was damaged due to the roof leaking. He responded to my request for an estimate within minutes and was at my house within 30 minutes to determine the work to be done. He was upset by the work by the previous contractor and his goal was to restore my confidence in small business contractors and he and his workers definitely did that. Doug and the crew were thorough and attentive to small details. They went above and beyond on some aspects of the job.....manufacturing and installing a finished edge where the roof met the house on the garage and on an addition, matching the paint color of my siding for that edging, painting the roof vents and power vent, adding very nice crown molding on the newly installed ceiling. The crew was friendly and respectful of my property and Doug checked in regularly to make sure things were progressing well and that I was satisfied. The job did take longer than the original estimate, but that was because of the issues that had to be dealt with. The work was completed for the price quoted. "Dream Work Designs renovated my 30' x 16' deck. I had them rip everything out except the structure and replace it. As it turns out, they even ended up doing some structural work for me--sistering floor joists, squaring an end joist, and improving on the original stairs. These were not things I originally requested or was aware of, so it was refreshing that they were transparent about the structural deficiencies. While it took much longer than originally quoted (granted--they were dodging snowstorms), the end result was very good and Brian and Karen did a great job of staying in touch throughout the process. I would highly recommend Dream Work Designs for your next deck project. They're a great small company that deserves your business."

"Ray and his guys did a great job on my home. They begain by power washing the house, scrapped all the loose paint, caulking where needed to be caulked and even replaced some of the bad siding the contractor before them missed. It took several days to complete the job and were here two weeks as I added other jobs along the way. Ray spray painted the whole house first then the guys went to work on the trim and windows. Then they went back to look for anything missed and touched up. I had the guys replace bad boards on my deck and they stained the deck to match the color of the trex I had them put on the bottom deck. Spot on! I also had them replace some plumbing and lastly one of my main beams in the garage cracked and even though they were done with my job Ray responded right away and the guys came over repairing the problem. Very pleased with the workmanship, attention to detail and overall they made sure when they left we were satisfied. Work was top notch and prices very very reasonable. Would hire again and highly recommend them. Thanks to Ray and his crew!"
