He pulled up with his truck and trailer, a skidsteer loader, wood for the forms, all the necessary tools, and a co-worker at precisely 10:00. After clarifying with us exactly what needed to be done, he and his companion began the job a few minutes later. Ron always communicated with us exactly what he was doing during each step of the project. We knew when he’d be here, what his goal was for the day, why each process was necessary, and how long those processes would require to complete.
