"During the initial appointment, the sales rep was a little too much over-the-top on the sales pitch, considering this was the first company we tried to get an estimate with. But I guess that is how construction sales are supposed to go. However, they made an offer we could not refuse and the quality of the product was highly desired. Scheduling the work was easy and fast. The roof and gutter replacement was done on 2 separate days. Friendly workers. One of the workers accidentally broke our lamppost light with a shingle, but I was able to find a replacement and get reimbursed very promptly. Overall, very impressed with the work. "Jesus and his crew far exceeded our expectations. They finished our roof within 1 1/2 days! They arrived punctual each morning and worked tirelessly. When they were finished they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell work had been performed! I was worried about nails being left on the ground but Jesus's crew assured me they will clean and do the best they can to get all of them. Our new roof looks amazing! We went with a darker color(we have red brick home with black shutters and a red front door and an paved driveway) so we felt the darker shingle would look best and once they were done it looks wonderful! He showed up on time and did climbed up on a ladder to inspect the gutter.  He showed me pictures on his cell phone of problem areas with the gutter and roof.  He fixed some minor items.  Later, I hired the same company to replace all the gutters.

The gutters look much better and are not falling down anymore.  It was a home improvement that had to be done. USA Gutter Pros provided good service at a reasonable price.
