"My garage floor was coated in 2013 with a 10-year warranty, and areas have not adhered properly many times. The company sends workers to "fix" the affected areas, but the fixes do not hold up. The company re-coated the floor once, but I believe that the bare floor was not ground properly when the coating was first applied.
