That took a very long time. Once he returned the work was completed quickly and well done. I thought that in a perfect world, the company would have asked me for a picture of the existing pipe to determine if an adapter was needed and would have come with that part. The tech told me that they almost always had to go purchase the adapter as typically builders install 1/2 inch pipe and grills need 3/8 inch to connect."
