"The Reason for the leak was the nail holes got too big and water seeped into a closet wall causing a wet spot. All it needed was some caulking to plug the holes. "I thought the two technicians were nice. However, if I had it to do over again, I would have asked them to show me the current condition of the chimney prior to the cleaning. That way I could have seen a comparison of before and after. Following the cleaning, they advised me I needed work done on the chimney because I had some missing mortar; however, I was not told just exactly what it would take for a fire to break out with missing mortar since my chimney is surrounded by a brick wall until it gets to the attic. Their estimate for doing repair work was several thousand dollars so I will check with other companies before I choose who should do that work. The main reason I was disappointed is that the price for the cleaning was about twice what it should have been compared to their competition and higher than a promotion they were currently running on their website when the work was done. And, the $319 price would be the same if I was on a regular followup schedule with them. For me that was a real turnoff."

"Excellent. Started on January 26th and expected to take 2+ days. Arrived at house at 7;30 am and began removing old shingles. New shingles and associated materials arrived by 8:00 am. On site was a Project Manager who has the GAF Factory-Certified Master Elite Roofing Certification, a Foreman and one roofing crew. The temperature was in the low 40s and around 10:00 am it began to drizzle. The Project Manager proceeded to bring in a second roofing crew to expedite the work. Under very adverse weather conditions on a very steep roof, work continued until 7:00 pm when it became too dark to safely work on the roof. By this time the new roof was approximately 98% complete. The next morning, one crew returned to complete the roof and thoroughly clean up the worksite. I found the workmanship and work ethic by everyone on site very impressive.

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
