"David Resnick came to look at our 25 year old shower door that was out of alignment. We told hime we would be moving in a few years. He did a few adjustments, and said we were good to go. No need at this time to replace the whole unit. We were so grateful for his honesty and the few minutes he took to fix the problem."

"fast and professional service; the shower door works better now than when first installed."

"I sent a picture of the broken glass around 8:30. They were at my house around 11:15 and done by 11:45. Great job including clean-up. I really couldn't be more satisfied."

"Nicest people in the world.  Easy to make an appointment.  Pleasant folks.

The installation could not have gone more smoothly.  Gave me estimates
"

"The windows were manufactured earlier than we expected and we were promptly contacted about installation. Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. The windows have definitely helped to eliminate draftiness in our home and helped to maintain a consistent temperature."

"We had Shower by Design install aframeless glass enclosure in our remodeled master bathroom. We were extremely happy with the price, the customer service and the quality job. Brandon was great to work with! We definitely recommend him!"

"They had very good availability. They came and did everything as fast as they could. It was very convenient that way. The bad would be that they painted the window seal white. It had previously been a dark color, and I am not sure if they primed it good enough. You can still see the dark color through it. If we used them again we would go over our specifications a little more carefully before hand."
