"Yelpers are finicky. Pacific Heating and Cooling did a great job for my wife and I. We had them do a duct cleaning several months ago and they were top shelf. Booties on while in the house and great care taken to take care of our stuff. As a result we decided to have a consult on adding AC. Greg Jackson came out and went over current system, crawled under the house to inspect ducting and somehow came back in the house clean and wearing booties to go over our options. After a thorough review of what we had, asking about our goals and what we were most concerned with he developed three proposals. No pressure, no "today only" pricing, just a conversation. We chose to replace our okay furnace with an upgraded 96% efficiency furnace and added AC to our 1500 sq foot home. The price was about what I was expecting and they were able to begin installation the following week. Josh, Zach, Chance and Sean were all friendly, efficient, caring and concerned about doing a great job. They cleaned up constantly, kept us informed when having to turn off power let us know. "Allred is THE best. I had mini-split AC/heat installed almost a year ago. I love it and it's saving me significant money over using my central heating system. And no more hassle with portable air conditioners. I should have done this years ago. Even better is the 5 star customer service. Last week I had difficulty turning on the AC for the first time since last summer. I urgently called David on a Sunday. He immediately dove in to get me scheduled. Sebastian called me before making an on-site visit. Patiently walked me through a simple troubleshoot and shazaam! I turned right on. A+++ to both of them."

"First off wanted to say I don't write reviews but felt compelled to do so for this. My gas furnace stopped blowing hot air. Trouble shooted the issue myself and thought it might be a bad gas valve. Not wanting to deal with a gas valve I called different companies and ended up choosing Air Pro's due them being a Local Company, Their diagnostic fee is very reasonable and when talking with them just getting a good feeling. Jerry came out a day later and sure enough it was the gas valve. He ordered the part and it came quickly. He installed it and the furnace was back up and running. The cost came out to about what was quoted to me when I talked to them the first time. It's ALWAYS a good sign of a good business when their actual cost/bill comes out what they told you! Here is why I'm also writing the review. About a week or so after Jerry replaced the valve, we noticed a slight gas smell. I called to have someone come back and check it out. Jerry called me within 30 min to ask some questions. He was off for the day and I could tell he was home but he drove 45 min to come back to our house. He was able to determine there was a small leak at the pipe around the gas valve. Given this was Air Pro's error the fact they came back right away and dropped everything was GREAT customer service. I would definitely hire Air Pro's again!"

"First started working with Joe getting a quote got 2 bids which the other was cheaper, but decided to get ranger since Mitsubishi is the “top line” he said which I googled and saw it too. We talked that he will put the drainage on the car port and the vent on the side of the house. So when the date of installment came Daniel was on time and he introduce himself. I let him do his job while I was doing my own with my 3yrs and 5 yrs kids. The job was quick so when I check outside I saw that the vent was mounted on my carport. So I called Joe and ask why it was mounted on my carport he said it was in the contract which I didn’t see on the instruction. And so I have to pay if we move it. I was so disappointed! Now I can’t close my carport if I want to get a garage since vent is there. So I have no choice if only Daniel check with me first right from the start what the plan is then there will be no problem! Well the job was done got no choice. Another thing Daniel have to come back two times to fix the drainage since it keeps on leaking my carport. It was finally fixed on the 3rd time when Jared was the tech that fix it. It was so disappointing and I regret that I chose ranger cooking and heating!"

"I called P.H. Tuesday evening and left a message. Wednesday morning they returned the call and said a tech could be here Thursday morning. He arrived within the 2 hour window. Jason was very friendly, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem but did not have the needed part for repair so it would be ordered. The office staff called back on Friday to say the part was in and the tech could install it Monday morning. Gary arrived right on time. He too was friendly, courteous and professional. He installed the fan motor, tested it and was on his way in less than an hour. Work area was clean as it was before he started."
