"Yelpers are finicky. Pacific Heating and Cooling did a great job for my wife and I. We had them do a duct cleaning several months ago and they were top shelf. Booties on while in the house and great care taken to take care of our stuff. As a result we decided to have a consult on adding AC. Greg Jackson came out and went over current system, crawled under the house to inspect ducting and somehow came back in the house clean and wearing booties to go over our options. After a thorough review of what we had, asking about our goals and what we were most concerned with he developed three proposals. No pressure, no "today only" pricing, just a conversation. We chose to replace our okay furnace with an upgraded 96% efficiency furnace and added AC to our 1500 sq foot home. The price was about what I was expecting and they were able to begin installation the following week. Josh, Zach, Chance and Sean were all friendly, efficient, caring and concerned about doing a great job. They cleaned up constantly, kept us informed when having to turn off power let us know. "I'd been wanting to get of our old electric baseboard heaters for a long time, and replace it with something more efficient, and Mark helped my understand the differences between a ductless mini-split system and a ducted heatpump system. Even in our small house, the ducted system was the way to go. Mark and his installers were professional and efficient, and answered all my questions. When the thermostat was acting a little odd, he sent a technician over to calibrate it, free of charge. There was a small issue where I initially got the wrong specs for the electrical, and as a result I had the electrician install unnecessary circuits, but Marc reimbursed me for the cost."

"I called P.H. Tuesday evening and left a message. Wednesday morning they returned the call and said a tech could be here Thursday morning. He arrived within the 2 hour window. Jason was very friendly, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem but did not have the needed part for repair so it would be ordered. The office staff called back on Friday to say the part was in and the tech could install it Monday morning. Gary arrived right on time. He too was friendly, courteous and professional. He installed the fan motor, tested it and was on his way in less than an hour. Work area was clean as it was before he started."

"The person that did the installation was courteous, efficient and competent, and a very likable, pleasant person. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. My only concern was the cost of the job, which was considerably more than I expected, and I felt that at least one component of the overall quote was quite unreasonable. I am referring to the cost of the expansion tank, which was quoted at $650.00, approximately $400.00 for the expansion tank itself, and approximately $233.00 for the labor cost of installing the expansion tank. Because this seemed excessively expensive to me, I looked online and found the required expansion tank at Home Depot for $39.50. So I went to Home Depot and purchased the expansion tank for $39.50, but I still had to pay Harts the $233.00 for installation of the expansion tank, which took the installer approximately 15 minutes."
