Literally, everything went perfect! Kevin installed my patio doors, sealed and caulked them and cleaned up everything. No stress. I was honestly surprised that everything went so smoothly, from ordering to installment. I decided to go ahead and do the 7 windows in my house. Dennis made sure my order was correct and exactly what I wanted before placing my order. He told me they would be ready in about 12 weeks and they were. Eddie and Jimmy installed them. Again, perfect! They also did my basement hopper windows and exceeded my expectation by fixing the loose wood sills and putting molding on the outside of the house. The windows and doors are very nice. I do not have any drafts, I immediately noticed less noise from the outside, and the glass does not get hot from the sun like my old windows did.
