"Initially spoke with Marta in the office. She was very professional and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on using Garage Makeovers or not. I decided to use them based on reviews from Angie's List, Marta's conversions, and other information. We scheduled a date and time for the installation. On the scheduled date I received a call indicating that they had a cancellation and if it was okay to come early. Great news for me., and of course I said, come on up. Installation went very smoothly and took just about the time Marta had estimated. Although I had provided a deposit with a credit card, I opted to pay the full amount by check, for which they were grateful. Definitely recommend Garage Makeovers to others."

I was in a real bind to get a toilet installed in my home yesterday. I contacted David at JGB Renovations around noon an explained why I needed this install expedited. He committed to help me. About 6 pm I received a call from Raymond, one of David's men. He explained that he was on a job but could get to me later in the evening. He arrived about. 8:30 pm and got right to work. The job was completed around 10:30. Raymond did an outstanding job and even left the bathroom spotless. He was very personable and professional.

I would definitely use Raymond and JGB Renovations again. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Overall a great experience.

"Howard is a perfectionist, and his diligence and care are reflected in the final product. Everyone who walks through our house is immediately impressed with the craftsmanship of his work. Not only does he price his work very competitively, but he makes sure that you are absolutely thrilled in the end. While we hired Howard specifically for these two projects, we have actually had him correct other peoples work in our house as well, including making all new doors for an existing cabinet where the quality was so terrible that after 3 years the panels were cracking. Howard only uses the finest materials to fit a budget, but will not do the work if he thinks the budget of the client doesn't sufficiently pay for the right materials.
It is best to have as many ideas before meeting with Howard so you can show him exactly what you have in mind, and to draw the cabinets/closet/bar/furniture together which he will do with you on sight.
In total we have used Howard for 2 minor projects and 2 major projects with work totaling over $18,000 and could not be happier. We will use Howard going forward on any other projects we have.

"Excellent attention to detail! I chose Art Remodeling and Construction to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom. Sean does a wonderful job communicating throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with..They added the personal element to the project that was essential. All new drywall, framing and windows, all new tile, sink, new whirlpool tub and lighting. This is the first construction project that didnt cause filth through our whole house. "Overall Dan was very professional, responsive and punctual. It is amazing when you have a vendor show up at the time promised! He was always at least 10 minutes before the promised time. Dan and Tony were able to complete the long lists of items within a few days. I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication. The guys even came to my place on a Sunday to put in a half day to meet my deadlines. Be sure to be clear when giving direction - we had a couple mistakes that had to be fixed along the way due to paint selection in the wrong areas within the property. Dan and Tony fixed the issues once addressed with no complaints. Dan went above and beyond to help me with issues that arose during the project (i.e. exchanging a damaged bathroom vanity and minor retro fitting to old plumbing). Thank you again Dan for everything!
