"I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."

"We had several different companies in mind for our master bedroom flooring project, but we ended up going with Troy at Top Notch Construction! We are SO glad we found him and his crew. Troy came out and did the measurements for our bedroom floor, and he was as able to give me an estimate in writing right away. His estimate for labor and removal of our old carpet (it was nasty, pet stained, etc.) and to install the new flooring was completely fair and doable! We were able to schedule the project within a week of our estimate, and the hey were even able to start a bit earlier and ended the project with my bedroom cleaner than when they started! Our floors look and feel amazing! He provided the trim boards and put down the transition strips between doors and rooms. The entire project from start to finish went way beyond my expectations! I'm going to have him come out for an estimate on our deck next! Again, Troy and his crew were on time, totally patient with me as I picked out the exact luxury vinyl flooring, and he remained non biased about flooring material brands, and that says a lot about a company! "Due to the nature of the ceramic tile work I had to hire S&L Capinetry & Design on a T&M basis. The original installing contractor of the ceramic tile who was a McSwain Flooring contractor did not back butter the ceramic tile in 2021 (new home). Over the years in 2022 and 2023 over 57 ceramic tiles that were loose in the Master bathroom & toilet room, guest bathroom, entryway and laundry room were removed and replaced by the original contractor. In 2025 the problem got worse and ultimately over 62 ceramic tiles in all the mentioned areas were removed and replaced by S&L Cabinetry and Design. I was given a cost estimate based on what was obvious (approximately 40 ceramic tiles). The 2 man crew over 4 days expertly removed and replaced 62 whole/cut ceramic tiles. They installed proper dust protection, were on time each day, gave me daily updates, back butter the ceramic tile, grouted the joints correctly and completed the project as promised on time.
