They also overcharged my credit card and did not respond to phone calls or a formal letter to resolve the situation. The owner tells you he'll call you back but he never does. Multiple technicians have been out and "fixed the issue," but it is still occurring. The last technician quite literally said he watched a YouTube video about exhaust fans while installing a new exhaust fan for us. The company as a whole is incompetent, hard to communicate with, and takes no accountability for their wrongdoings. Absolutely steer clear of them if you want your work done correctly and do not want to waste your money."

He didn't leave it there, he called back a few days later to check in on the issue and make sure everything worked out.
