Otherwise the roof was in pretty good shape. I know that many companies could have taken advantage of my elderly grandfather and recommended an entire roof replacement. The price seemed high ($385) based on average pricing from the internet ($100 - $350). I needed the repairs, though, and they were able to make the repairs one day after I called."

"While removing the old roof, the aluminum coverings on our mansard roof dormers were damaged. The roofing crew attempted to repair the damage but the result was not satisfactory. As compensation they deducted a small amount from the total bill."

"I had a couple roof leaks and 180 came out and assessed the cause. I had two other companies come out to do the same. While 180's price was the highest, what they described made the most sense and I think their recommended repair would solve the issue long-term. They came out and completed the job quickly including clean up. They followed up the job with a phone call inquiring as to my satisfaction and if there was anything they could do better. Quite frankly, I can think of nothing they could have done better."

I picked the one that fit my budget and allows me to have the rest of my guttes replaced in the future without tearing out the what they did this year. He had a team at my house the next day.
