"Steve removed existing kitchen Fossett as requested, Then installed our newly purchased kitchen Fossett, and replaced cold water shut off valve, and rehung a water hose going to the dishwasher, and put in a blank Where the soap dispenser had been .Dishwasher hose and the blank we’re done on his part without being asked he just noticed that they needed to be done. Very Efficient-kind and friendly service by Steve! He is a one-of-a-kind excellent plumber."

"The entire process from the initial phone call to completion of the project was very professional and very easy.  Richard understood the exact services  and skills I needed and he was able to schedule time to complete the installation within one day of my call which was superb.
The price he charged for the project was very, very reasonable.
We also had interesting and wide ranging non-plumbing related conversation.
I would highly, highly recommend him and if I need plumbing services again (which I hope, for my sake, I don't)  he is the very first call I will make.

"From the opening encounter, based on seeing their ad in the paper, to the first time a representative walked into my house until the last job was done, this company was top-notch. Blaine was very easy going and informative...the best "sales" rep a company could ask for in an employee. Steven and Steven, the install guys were pleasant, profeessional, task oriented and polite. Larry, who finished up was quick and friendly. The office staff was always attentive and prompt, friendly and followed up. I am a very happy camper."

"Well. 1st plumber who looked at the system said shower valves needed to be replaced but that was a problem because there are no access panels. Chaub plummer advised valves were good quality and there was no need to replace. He replaced/installed new hardware and did a great job in a timely manner."

"After purchasing a gas dryer at Sears to replace our old one, we were informed that Sears couldn't install it when it was delivered. We were fortunate to get ahold of 1st Response Plumbing; they came when they said they would and easily did the work that Sears couldn't. Derrick was great; we were really happy with the work he did and it was very reasonable as well. We will definitely use them again."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"No complaints. Professional, On Time, Removed all old materials and all this was done by very experienced installers. From sales to installation this was easy and painless and at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone.
