For the past several years, we have used Water Tech/Pro Irrigation for start up / shut down services. It has been easy to schedule appointments, and technicians are friendly and on time. An added plus is that during the last couple of fall seasons, they offered to pick up canned goods and other food items for a local food pantry when they performed shut down services for the sprinkler system. I think this is a great community service and it makes it easy for me and other customers to donate food if they choose. <br />"

"<p>Basile cut my lawn every week.  They were prompt, dependable and always did an excellent job with all trimmings cleaned up.  If for some reason I needed them to skip a week (new grass) it was easy to just send an email and the schedule was immediately adjusted with consistent communication about the change.  </p> <p>I also had them install metal edging on two garden beds. Installation was clean, secure and as planned.  (I laid out the string as a guide.)  I was disappointed that on this job, while the edging was installed properly, there was no attempt to clear the surface of grass within the edging.  For the $400, they did what I would consider the minimum necessary to complete it.....but I had to go back later and finish the surrounding area.</p> <p>I will use their service again next summer for the lawn.  Good response and customer service attitude from everyone in the company.  </p> . <br />"

"We are not happy with them. We will probably get another person for the job.Our lawn does not look good, for the amount of money we spend on it. We had an infestation of some kind of bug, and they wait until the patch of grass was dead, to tell us that we were not subscribed for this treatment.We are not happy, and will be going with someone else this spring."
