"Lady crashed her car into my electrical pedestal in my yard taking out power to my entire house. Called Reinholdt the very next morning and within 2 hours they had a technician at my house taking photos and gathering a materials needed list. An hour after that USIC was there marking utilities. The very next morning at 0700 2 guys were there and began fixing the problem. These guys not only said how high when I asked them to jump, but they also understood I would have to wait to pay them when I got my insurance payment, and it was a non issue to them. Sergio said not a problem whatsoever, we will take care of you, and because they followed through, and did a great job, they have earned a customer for life. Mitch was my tech, and he did a wonderful, clean, and professional job. I want him every time. "Tom from Synergy did the bid for under cabinet lighting install, however sent someone else to do the job. Originally discussed with Tom that he would use a regular converter box inside the cabinet and place a dimmer switch on the wall, but the other guy he sent wasn't aware of this and placed the dimmer converter in the cabinet. This has resulted in us having to use the dimmer switch inside the cabinet instead of on a wall switch -- not what I requested. Also, I discussed with Tom installing an additional outlet in our kitchen during the bid process. After he left I noticed he did not include that on the written bid. The guy he sent didn't know about it either. The outlet was installed however. Overall, I was charged $95 additional over the bid and didn't get exactly what I wanted in regard to the dimmer switch for under cabinet lighting. Both electricians were very nice and professional, but there was definitely a communication problem in regard to the installation of the under cabinet lighting. Perhaps I should have clarified the issue more strongly, or perhaps I didn't understand. Either way, I'm happy with the lighting overall, but not 100%."

"Very professional company. We asked that they wear masks and they did so without hesitation. The job was a bit tricky since the outlet was to be located above a wood burning fireplace. The process was well thought out before attempting. Del and his employee explained the process and did a great job. We do have to repair some drywall but that is only due to having numerous studs that had to be cut into. We are pleased with the work performed."

"We called Anytime Electric to fix a ceiling fan we had up (if possible) or to replace with a new one if needed. They gave us the option of both and were very honest about not being able to completely fix the problem due to how it was originally installed. We decided to have them install the new one and very much appreciated their honesty. Fan is up and working great !!! Eric and his team are top notch and they will be our first call next time we need a ceiling fan installed or any other electrical work !"

"Paul came over early in morning and gave us a bid to install two ceiling fans and a bathroom light fixture. He said the fee would be $180 for each fan and $80 for the light fixture plus an $89 service fee. Bid seemed high, but he said he could do the work that day, so we went ahead. He was very professional and informative. Did the work efficiently and was courteous. The fans and lights work well."
