"Phil's installed a side by side unit for heat, air and humidity control in my outbuilding two years ago. The unit kept freezing up and the manufacturer finally agreed to replace it after many phone calls and frustration. <br /> The second unit isn't working properly, either although the problem is different. I started calling Phil's last spring as I was having trouble regulating the temperature. When I finally got through to him, he said he would call the manufacturer and call me back the following week. I have never received a phone call from him and I have not continued to call. <br /> I'm giving him Cs and one D because he did make an effort to fix and then replace the first unit (after authorization from the manufacturer). <br />"
