"Spoke with Jacob to schedule an estimate on Saturday and provided all of our contact info via text message, as requested. Unfortunately, Saturday came & went and Jacob's Gutters didn't show up. The company only followed up with me when they received another quote request from Home Advisor, which was me trying to look for another gutter company. Jacob was very pleasant to speak with, but the lack of organization, lack of follow through and lack of ability to leave a voicemail on his phone (mailbox full) are all yellow flags in my book. We decided to go with All Pro Gutters instead. This review does not reflect the quality of work performed by Jacob's Gutters, rather my experience in just trying to get an estimate and quickly get our gutters repaired."
