"Step 1 for my project was replacing the original soffits, trim and gutters. My house is much better now that those things have been replaced. Step 2 will be having them replace my original siding. I like their products and ability to communicate through the multi step process."

"Fraser came much earlier than expected. Took care of the job immediately and shared additional information concerning the siding. We are considering him for other projects as he is very professional and knowledgable."

Home contractors

"American Home Contractors replaced my home's roof and gutters. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. John, the Project Coordinator, was professional, attentive to my needs throughout the project, flexible with the scheduling, and willing to work with me on the price. The project was completed in a timely manner and the workmanship was great. I would highly recommend American Home Contractors!"

"Better than I could ever have imagined. If I could have given them A+ in all of the categories I could have. They replaced my roof 2 years ago and I had the same great experience with them. They were very helpful in guiding me on navigating me through the insurance process. If you need roof or siding work done, look no further than S&K. You will be happy that you did."

"The work was done only one week from the day that they came out to see the roof for the estimate.
Everything looks great, and I could tell that it was very detailed and fussy work. The new shingles match the old ones perfectly; they are woven into the old ones well, and the valley where the old and new roofs meet is covered with what I think is called a "weave" seam, which looks like a herringbone pattern: extra fancy. I can see at least one side of the roof repair from an upstairs window. They worked after sunset to get the job done in one day, using headlamps. Cleanup was great, with no nails in the driveway or debris flying around, even though they were finishing up in the dark. Since I had more rotten plywood in the area to be repaired than originally expected, and the work took more shingles, the actual cost was understandably $219 more than the original estimate, but again, that was completely understandable and within the range of other estimates from other contractors. They had to fetch more shingles twice. Their written business policies state that this can happen, and it's only fair. They did call to explain this before they mailed the invoice. We have had one heavy rain since the repair was completed, and I am happy that there were no drips from the metal wrap under my porch, for the first time in about 21 years.
I hope that this repair carries me through until the entire roof needs redone in another 10-15 years, and I would have this outfit do the work then."

"Excellent! Very fast and extremely Knowledgeable-I really like the fact that they focus only on roofing and they just they didn’t just come out and inspect the air my roof water was leaking inside the interior they went inside to actually see the water stain to see exactly what needs to be repaired. Most importantly they focused on repairing the area requested versus other companies who oppression me to replace the entire roof Versus focusing on the area with the issue"

"It was a positive experience. We worked directly with the owner. He was very honest and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and did a great job matching our existing siding. He would be my first choice for any future roofing or siding needs."

"Jose and his team did a phenomenal job replacing our roof. He is very responsive, forthright and doesn't squeeze you for additional items. Did his homework before we even spoke and was able to provide a reasonable quote sight unseen. Exactly what you want in any contractor."
