"I purchased a coupon special for this company to do an A/C diagnostic. Wow, one of the best service experiences I've had in some time. Henry and John arrived at my house, and donned shoe booties before entering. They went to work checking my indoor unit first, and joked of what a shame for them that my system was in such good shape. LOL. These guys were very professional, yet personable. After checking the existing system output, they went outside to check on that unit. Henry told me my freon level was low, and even took me outside to show me the gauges and what the numbers meant. My coupon price of $59 included up to 1 pound of freon if needed, but Henry said I'd probably need 2 pounds, for an extra cost of $65. He came back inside and rechecked system output, and my, what a difference. Before they came, my system would run for hours just to keep the temp in the house at 75 deg. He set the thermostat to 70 before he started, and the system shut off at 70 degrees just after they left, After cleaning up, I was only charged $50 for the extra freon. All in all, I'm very pleased with this company, and will not hesitate to use them again when I need service."

"I requested various companies to give me a bid on the replacement of my oil fired furnace. I got my first bid from a company that I had used for over 40 years. I then requested a bid from Petro Oil. Petro Oil showed up promptly to review my old furnace system and give me a bid. The Petro sales rep was looking at my air conditioning unit as soon as he arrived. I told him that I needed a price on my furnace. He politely introduced himself and told me he was identifying the AC system so he could configure a proposal that included a properly sized fan that would be pushing the air for my AC unit during the summer. He then reviewed my furnace and quoted me two prices for different brand furnaces. Both bids were very competitive. I emailed my response early the next morning. He immediately responded. I inquired about service for the system and they immediately responded and offered me a $150.00 rebate on my first oil delivery if I would switch to there service. I scheduled the installation and got a call offering me a date sooner than I expected. This was during a time when night temperatures were dropping into the teens. The technician arrived early on the install date and installed the furnace. No problems. All items promised have been fulfilled. Petro delivered."

"Excellent service.  Our first move from Hanover to Severn ended up being on the rainiest day on record.  Guys came out, moved everything that could be moved with out water damage.  They were fast, and there was no damage even under horrible conditions, and a 2 difficult angled landings between floors.  On our second move, they hustled to get everything packed and loaded on the first day.  When we met them in NC, they got everything unpacked and moved into place with speed and no damage to any furniture.  Some of the items we had include two very heavy recliner couches, and 4 bedrooms worth of stuff.
