"Lanz was the highest of 4 quotes from local plumbers when I was looking to have multiple plumbing jobs completed, including the purchase and installation of a new water heater. I went with Lanz on the water heater only because they were quick to respond and were able to install it 2 days after my request. The Lanz rep, Ken, was very professional. On installation day, he had a younger guy helping him who seemed to struggle quite a bit and scratched up some furniture while bringing the new water heater in. He also left a large pipe in the yard that I had to dispose of. I chose to go with the least expensive water heater and still paid $1439.21 with Lanz.
