"We had an issue with a Dry Well periodically backing up. Damian and the D Day Plumbing team were very professional and knowledgeable and provided an estimate with a couple different options and their related costs. They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. They made improvement above and beyond the initial job breakdown, all the while staying within budget. I will certainly consider them again for any future work. "Kevin was highly recommended via a post I made on Facebook looking for a local plumber. He arrived at my home that day to assess the issue we had with our bathroom sink. He then told me his game plan for the following day to remedy our leaking, plugged drain. He showed up the following morning and by noon time he was finished. Left the bathroom in better shape than it was in. He even replaced the plunger in the sink because he noticed a small leak there too. Removed the wainscoting and removed the wall behind it and was able to reuse the wainscoting and trim mold back as if nothing was disturbed. I would highly recommend using him in the future and would refer him to my friends as well. Thank you Kevin and your crew!"

"What I thought would be a simple snaking turned out to be a month long adventure working alongside James (owner) and John at Mac Home Services. Mac Home was excellent. Immediately addressed any issues, worked steadily (even through the holidays!) to resolve pressing plumbing issues, kept me well up to date, were very reasonably priced all things considered. I would absolutely use them again for any plumbing issues. I can't say enough good things about the experience overall. My house was built in the late 1800s and ad-hoc added on to over the years with varying degrees of professional work and Mac work well to fix it all. I never felt like they were having me on (as a young-ish woman owner) or upselling me on anything."

"Our heater stopped functioning on Nov 27, 2023 and we called Petro who had done the maintenance on it before and replaced a motor two years ago. They were responsive and a technician came two days later. He worked for 3 hours without explaining what the problem was. Then said he needed to replace the motor. He fixed the problem and left without much explanation. Two days later a bill of $2500 came via email. No explanation, no break-down. I called 4 times over the last 20 days, spoke to 4 different reps and was promised that a supervisor will contact me with the bill details. Nothing happened. Irresponsible customer service and unprofessional behavior. They show all the symptoms of big, bureaucratic, and indifferent service company. I would not recommend Petro if you have options of more personalized services."
