"We can’t say enough about Matt. He was very responsive to our need. He was out the very next day and was at our home at the time he said he would be there. (That is unheard of these days). Matt was very professional and thorough. There was no surprises with job. Matt and Chris were very efficient with the installation of the hot water tank. We would readily use Ferris Plumbing and heating for any future needs."

"Brandon was very professional and at the same time friendly and personable. He drained and took out the old water heater and replaced it plus installing a mixing valve. He went way beyond in that he found a small gas leak and fixed that as well. I was very pleased with his work and would definitely use him again."

"Damien arrived on time, was very hard working, charged an exceptionally fair price, and did an outstanding job. When he left, everything was spotless. He replaced a kitchen faucet, installed a new bathroom faucet/shower head, fixed a running toilet, and even showed me what to use on stubborn hard water stains that I was unable to remove with all the usual methods. We also had him install a second hose for the backyard and replace the existing outdoor spigot. When we redo our bathroom, we will definitely call Damien."

"Top notch vikki had her guys here asap to check my old a/c unit out when the tech said it was gone that Monday the appraiser came out 2 days after that had quote and a week after that install in 1 day .
