"Unexpected weekend emergency with my 1 and a 1/2 year old garage door cables. New home construction. 1 cable became slack & came off track. The door was cockeyed & non functioning. I called the original installers who mentioned my 1 year warranty was expired. Their emergency service charge & 2 hour minimum seemed a bit much for me.
