An hour before the scheduled time, Steven called to let us know that he had finished earlier in his previous stop and he could arrive at our home within 20 mins. When he arrived, I explained what we needed done and he quickly got to work. After he was done, he even cleaned up after himself. Wonderful, professional service. "The technician did a lot of work installing two electrical boxes in concrete block at the proper location to allow the stove to sit flush with the wall. One box was for the new outlet and the other for a junction with the original wiring. The new outlet position was at the joint between two concrete blocks, making the job more difficult. The new stove now sits against the wall and works great."

I saw a coupon for 2 hours labor and I purchased it which required payment in advance. Hoping for no glitches. NO glitches! Bill Johnston and his assistant were great! Since we didn't live in the area I had called Bill and he asked me to forward the list to him. I did this and called him upon arrival in Ormond Beach. Bill scheduled us for later in the week. AND showed up AND on time!! Imagine a plumber or electrician doing that!
Bill corrected the items we had asked about and also found a couple other things as well. He had to dig up the front pole light and rewire from the house to the light. He quoted a firm price on this job and I'm sure it took a little longer than he expected. But he got it fixed and the entire bill for half a day was more than reasonable. Honest man. Honest company. Will definitely call again and have several items on my list already!

The crew of two showed up when they said they would. Living in Florida everyone knows how brutal the heat can be. The two men worked all day replacing literally everything and never complained about anything. They did a great job and so glad the ac unit is working perfectly. This particular unit was installed at my daughters home. We used Total Comfort after we had a lightening strike and our unit had to be replaced.
