"I couldn’t be happier with the patio and sidewalk that the Maven Group installed at my home. It has a stamped concrete finish. They were very professional and helpful in guiding me through the decisions with the project. The patio and sidewalk look great and they left things in great shape when they left - pressure washed and repaired any tracks from the equipment (seeded and strawed). As an added bonus- my point-of-contact initially as well as the crew performing the work were all very nice and helpful. For reference: I should say that they actually removed and replaced a patio and sidewalk that another company did an unbelievably poor job on (and on that note: I would NOT recommend Austin Stamp Crete, Color Scapes, Inc., or Grant Parker DBA as either). So having such a bad experience with the first installation by another company, I was overly cautious with this one and had LOTS of questions. Everyone at Maven was very patient with all my questions. I recieved a recommendation for the Maven Group from a friend and would also recommend them to anyone else needing concrete work so am writing this review. I just wish I had found them sooner!"

Their price was in line with the other three, but I was most interested in their experience. They communicated constantly prior to doing the job to make sure we had everything lined up. "Andy has done quite a lot for me at my home. On this occasion he came in and took out sink/vanities in both my bathrooms complete with facets and put in new. He painted both bathrooms. He installed two new cabinets above my toilets for more storage, and installed two mirrored cabinets above the vanities. I never felt that I needed to keep on him. He worked the whole time he was here and did an excellent job. I have had him here to my home several times for inside & outside work. I foresee him coming back in the very near future."

They triple-checked that everything was level and the roof overlay was equal on all sides, and then they drilled my gazebo into concrete. Everyone on the team was friendly and really considerate! Ifa’s team can handle everything—roofing, porch and patio construction, carpentry, drywall, painting, and his brother is an electrician. The price was very reasonable.
